It trains your body to stop bracing against the world and start flowing through it — building strength, balance, and calm from the inside out.
At our sessions, we work from the Tai Chi Classics — the foundational texts that have guided serious practitioners for centuries. Think of them as the rulebook behind all authentic Tai Chi, regardless of style. We draw from both Yang and Chen traditions, but the style is secondary. What matters are the principles: how your weight shifts, how your breath leads your movement, how your structure supports you without effort, and how your body learns to be soft and strong at the same time.
If you've never done Tai Chi before, you'll leave with a clearer body and a quieter mind.
If you've been practising for years, you'll find something to refine.
Everyone is welcome. No experience needed. No equipment required. Just show up.
