About the Instructor
Sinéad is a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, a 4x certified yoga instructor, dancer, and taichi + qigong instructor. Her study of TaiChi began in 2014 during her doctoral studies in San Francisco, where she trained at the Pacific Wushu & Tai Chi school under Master Zhang Mei, WuShu Olympic Champion and classmate of the famous martial artist, Jet Li! Sinéad is passionate about “movement as medicine” and incorporates therapeutic movement recommendations for her acupuncture patients.
