Whether you’re managing arthritis, concerned about falls, or simply looking for a supportive wellness activity, this class is a wonderful way to stay active and connected.

FREE for ECU Wellness Members and open to the community at a discounted rate of $10 per class. If you are a non-member and sign-up for the entire series of 16 weeks, you'll receive 50% off ($80).

About the Program:
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is a safe and enjoyable program developed by Dr. Paul Lam and supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Classes are designed to help participants feel more confident in movement, enhance mobility, and support long-term wellness.
