About this Event
Hosted in partnership with Senior Resource Alliance, this program utilizes Tai Chi's Sun style for its ability to improve relaxation, balance, and its ease of use for older adults. Medical studies have shown the program to relieve pain for people with arthritis and improve their quality of lives, as well as preventing falls for the older adults. This session happens twice a week for 8 weeks! Don’t miss out on this event!
