Tai Chi Chuan (better known as simply Tai Chi) is an ancient Chinese form of co-ordinated body movements, focusing on the cultivation of internal energy (called Chi). These free sessions will take place outside Stalham library on the green. Please wear comfortable clothing, suitable footwear and bring a bottle of water.
After the Tai Chi, refreshments will be available inside the library.

Participants remain responsible for their belongings during the sessions. This activity is weather-dependant and a decision will be made on the day to carry out the activity.
