This workshop will be held at the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center located at 4501 Woodway Dr, Houston, TX 77024. The Arboretum is a 155 acre nature sanctuary which includes 5 miles of nature trails, 8 ponds, and borders Buffalo Bayou. This amazing location allows us to include walking meditation and spontaneous practices out in nature. Lunch from Bellagreen will be included as well as an opportunity to explore the grounds.
