Come and have a go at Tai Chi - inclusive and open to everyone, it's the perfect way to connect with nature, improve your physical and mental wellbeing, and enjoy the peace of the Park! Run in partnership with the Chinese Community of Peterborough. Each session will be led by a trained Tai Chi instructor who will guide participants through the gentle, martial arts movements. These sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Sessions will run every Saturday morning until the end of October, 10:30am - 12pm, outside the Visitor Centre in Ferry Meadows.
Cost: £4, under 5's go free!
