Our first round of the Tai Chi 101 workshop starts May 5th. This series is held each Tuesday in May at 1pm with JP here at Young Wellness. This four-part workshop (60 mins each week) is your intro to Tai Chi - includes handouts.
The first three workshops will introduce you to parts of the Yang style 24-form routine. In the final workshop, we will put the entire 24-form together and work on refining our movements to continue practice outside of class. All experience levels, including total beginners welcome.
