What is TaiChi?
Tai chi is a form of slow martial art practiced for balance, joint health, leg strengthening, coordination, concentration, relaxation, and more. Known for its slow, intentional movements, tai chi has practitioners worldwide and is particularly popular as a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

What is Qigong?
Qigong, is a system of coordinated body-posture and movement, breathing, and meditation to help the body’s meridians open up and create good circulation in the body.

In celebration of World Tai Chi & Qigong Day we are happy to invite the Buckhead (and surrounding areas) community to attend an open TaiChi & Qigong class on Saturday, May 25 at 12 pm.

What will be the benefits of taking a class? relaxation, concentration, feeling more flexible, balanced, coordinated, and strong.

What will this individual class in-studio class consist of:
- Personalized check-in
- Introduction to TaiChi & Qigong.
- Warmups (for joints and muscles).
- Basic Qigong exercises.
