A Women of the World x Anthem Live Studios Collaboration*One Night Only | March 12*
Anthem Live Studios, in collaboration with Women of the World, is honored to present a one-night-only immersive cultural dance experience featuring Kaliloa O Kaleo Onalani, internationally acclaimed, award-winning Pacific Islander dancers from San Diego, California.
This special activation invites the community to experience Polynesian culture through movement, music, and storytelling.
Kaliloa O Kaleo Onalani has performed on stages worldwide in front of hundreds of thousands, has headlined the Pacific Islander Festival, the largest Pacific Islander festival in North America, has collaborated with award-winning artists and was a part of promotions for Lilo & Stitch, toured with Kolohe Kai on the What Aloha Means Tour, and is featured in the upcoming live-action Moana film.
This immersive experience brings together two powerful cultural traditions:
Hula is a sacred Hawaiian practice rooted in storytelling, history, and connection to the land. Through intentional movement, chant, and music, hula preserves ancestral knowledge and honors generations past and present.
Tahitian dance, called ‘ori Tahiti, is a vibrant, sensual and exciting embodiment of the spirit of Polynesia. Profoundly anchored in the culture and history of The Islands of Tahiti, is an art form and a powerful means of expression, used to convey emotions, tell stories and transmit traditions from one generation to the next.
Pulsating rhythms, sensual movements, graceful gestures, the unique traditional art of ‘ori Tahiti is an integral part of Tahitian culture.
