Taught in Taglish (Tagalog and English), Ate Lara Mae will guide you through a gentle series of asanas (poses) practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching while vibin' to a kulintang and hip hop mix by DJ Po'Lo.
