This comprehensive training blends components of both the TWO-DAY Tactical Communications & De-escalation, and the civilian course De-escalation & Safety Awareness courses. Designed for frontline teams and public-facing roles in high-risk, high-stress environments, who face frequent or intense confrontations.
Developed and delivered by the Control Concepts Canada instructional team. * includes legal defensibility and criminal code knowledge.
