TACOMA CEILI… something new and exciting in the Puget Sound, a ceili getting started in Tacoma. The first one is Sat. Oct. 11 and the band will be Mikey Beglan, accordion; Teresa Baker, piano; Susan Waters and myself on fiddles. We’re very lucky to have Kathleen O'Grady Graham calling and teaching the dances. The plan is to structure these dances like the old Portland Ceili Club dances, with a strong dance band playing the first two hours and then inviting other musicians to join in.
