Our first event was so successful we’re doing it again! 🌮🔥Join us April 7th from 4–7 pm at Courtyard Cafe for another Taco Tuesday with Eddie’s Grill!
Our last taco fundraiser raised close to $1,000 to help pay off unpaid student lunch account balances in the Wisconsin Dells School District… so now the question is: can we beat that this time? ❤️

🌮 Street-Style Tacos
Served on warm corn tortillas with your choice of protein, topped with fresh diced onions, cilantro, lime slices, and salsa on the side.
Choice of Proteins:
• Pork Carnita– Marinated pork with chiles & spices cooked tender and flavorful
• Steak Adobo – Tender steak marinated in bold red chile adobo, grilled for rich, smoky flavor
🌶 House-Made Salsas
• Salsa Roja – Fresh grilled Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, and jalapeños. Smoky, bold, perfectly balanced.
• Salsa Verde Cremosa – Fresh tomatillos, zucchini, onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeños, serranos, and lime for a bright, creamy finish.

• Mexican White Rice – Light, fluffy, classic flavor
• Pinto Beans – Slow-cooked and seasoned just right

Made fresh with ripe avocados, roma tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime, and sweet corn, served with crispy tortilla chips.
Fresh, creamy, and absolutely addictive.
🌮 Walking Tacos
All your favorite taco flavors, served up in a fun, no-mess way. A bag of crunchy chips topped with your choice of pork carnita or steak adobado, layered with seasoned toppings like fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
Everything is made fresh and cooked with love.
