Meet your host, Bricia Lopez
Bricia Lopez — cookbook author, recipe developer and cultural ambassador — is one of the brightest stars in Oaxacan. Lopez authored Oaxaca: home cooking from the heart of Mexico, in 2019 and was a James Beard-nominated bestseller. Along with her siblings, she has propelled Oaxacan cuisine and culture to the forefront of the modern gastronomic scene.
