As more organisations look at opportunities to reduce their carbon emissions, more are taking a closer look at their scope 3 emissions.
For many businesses, their scope 3 emissions make up a considerable proportion of their total carbon footprint. Reductions in this area can happen through working with your supply chain to support carbon reduction projects, encourage innovative product creation or engage employees to reduce emissions from business travel and commuting.
This workshop aims to breakdown the 15 categories of scope 3 and identify some opportunities for reductions and provide examples of what actions businesses are taking.

Who should attend?
This workshop is suitable for businesses of all sizes who would like to learn more about what they can do to reduce their environmental impact and how to get started or progress on their business’ carbon reduction journey.
SME businesses might be eligible for one fully funded place per company as part of the Somerset Energy Innovation Centre (SEIC) Net Zero programme* which provides businesses with up to 12 hours of Net Zero support.
