TABS is pleased to announce TABSCon 69 to be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026. Just a reminder that these events are being held on Sundays (NOT Saturdays). These mini-cons are held at a Legion Hall where you can enjoy the company of 200+ other boardgamers for the entire day. In terms of masking, we no longer have a policy, though any attendee is encouraged to wear one if they wish to do so.
Admission for the day is $5 per person. Children ages 12 and under are free though they must be accompanied by a participating adult. Please note that TABS does not provide any kind of daycare/supervision for your child while you're at the event.
Each attendee will receive a raffle ticket with their entry for a single game prize which is drawn shortly after noon. Only those in attendance will be eligible to win.

Bring and Buy Auction: We have moved to an online pre-TABSCon registration process for all those intending to submit items for the auction. We implemented this new process during 2023 and at Breakout and it greatly reduces the cash out process. Here is the pre-reg link: TBA
Math Trade: Confirmation and details of the Math Trade will be posted some weeks before the event.
The Games: Everyone is encouraged to bring a game or 2 that they are interested in playing and comfortable teaching, but this is not required. There are always plenty of games of varying lengths and complexities available. This convention is mostly open gaming.
The Venue: TABSCon is being held at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall (Branch 345) located at 81 Peard Rd. - just off of Victoria Park Avenue and a few blocks south of Eglinton Road. This event will be held in the main hall (upstairs) as you enter the Legion. There's free parking in both of the Legion's lots and various street parking options. For those coming by public transit, it's straight up by bus from the Victoria Park station.
Accessibility: There is an elevator from the Peard Road entrance that can go to both floors.
Food & Drink: Outside food is permitted, but drinks need to be purchased from the bar. See post for more details. Legion staff will be available to provide various hot and cold lunch options.
