Cupertino's Earth and Arbor Day Festival is an interactive event that invites community members of all ages to learn about the environment, inspire active participation in environmental solutions, and promote a sustainable, healthy, and connected community.

At the Earth and Arbor Day Festival, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations who share a passion for preserving our environment. Throughout the day, there will be engaging activities, live performances, delicious food trucks, and a vibrant variety of organizations and vendors featuring eco-friendly products and services.
Please note: Tabling space for the Earth and Arbor Day Festival is limited, and submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed, and priority consideration will be given to organizations whose mission and programming closely align with the themes of Earth Day and Arbor Day, including environmental stewardship, sustainability, conservation, and environmental education. Applications which cannot be accommodated will be refunded.
Tabling Partner Fees
Each tabling partner fee includes 1 table and 2 chairs in a 10'x10' space. Additional spaces may be available and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to apply for more than one space, please email [email protected] prior to registration.
- $14.94 for non-profit tabling partners; or
- $ 74.17 for business tabling partners who are currently licensed in Cupertino; or
- $88.34 for business tabling partners not located in Cupertino (includes one-time business license).
- Additional booth spaces may be available for a fee of $14.94 and will be approved on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to apply for more than one space, please email [email protected] prior to registration.
Equipment
- Tables are 6'x30". Unless additional spaces are purchased, all partners & vendors will receive 1 table and 2 chairs.
- Canopies / umbrellas are NOT provided. Please secure your canopy as it can be windy.
- Electrical access will NOT be provided.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The City of Cupertino invites your business to join us in supporting this event through one of our sponsorship opportunities. Registration fees are covered in sponsorship payment. A full list of our sponsorship levels and details can be found on our website cupertino.gov/earthday.
