Can you make a stunning table using only thrifted and vintage items?Prove it.
SAVE THE DATE: Our first-ever Tablescaping Competition is Thursday, July 23, 2026.
We are starting our fundraiser series soon. This would be a great opportunity for lovers of vintage china, event planners, nearlyweds, artists, creatives, venue owners, or anyone interested!
Tablescaping is the art of designing a table with linens, dishes, glassware, candles, florals, and other decor. No experience is required to participate.
Fifteen teams will compete to create the most beautiful tablescape using only thrifted and vintage items from Once Upon A Table’s inventory. Teams can be 1-3 people and the entry fee is $75/team.
The first event will tentatively start at about 4:30pm. It will be located at Artisan Traders, 1274 Pendleton St, Greenville, SC 29611.
The winner of the tablescaping competition will receive a voucher for Once Upon A Table services and will be given the opportunity to help plan the decor for our fundraising gala.
All proceeds support mutual aid efforts in Upstate SC. Once Upon a Table is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.
