About this Event
Table saws are an essential woodworking tool. They produce cuts that aren’t easily achieved with other saw types. They are also the tool that inspires the most fear in beginners. This class is for beginners and experienced tool users alike. We'll cover how to set up your table saw for the cleanest cuts, how to use the saw safely and avoid kickback. Students will practice cross cuts, rip cuts, dados and angle cuts. They will learn the importance of jigs, how to build and use them for consistent cuts.
Class size is limited to 4 students to provide plenty of opportunity for hands on practice.
