Making Friends
Come join us at Living Well Psychotherapy for an event all about making friends!
Practice meeting people and building confidence in connecting with others in a safe space, through small group interaction. Gain skills and comfort through real-time interactions. Process experiences through group conversation moving at a comfortable pace.
Who This is For: Adults who want to practice connecting with others. This group is especially geared towards those with social anxiety and/or neuro-divergent.
Event Agenda:
- Check-in and facilitator introduction (no large group introductions or sharing!)

- Depending on time, the groups will switch to allow for additional practice and connection.
- After the breakouts, we will close briefly as a group. Anyone who wants to share feedback or experiences with the group is welcome to.
- People are welcome to stay and chat or exchange information after.
