About the Organizer
This event is hosted by local volunteer leaders and community members in partnership with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as part of a nationwide initiative to share the inspiring music of the Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square.
Our goal is to bring people together for an uplifting, high-quality community experience centered on music, unity, and hope. This special watch party allows our Colorado Springs community to participate in a historic celebration taking place at the Hollywood Bowl, commemorating 100 years since the Choir’s first performance at that iconic venue.
We are grateful to partner with local organizations to make this event accessible and welcoming to all.
Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the rebroadcast begins at 7:00 PM. We warmly invite guests to arrive early and enjoy a variety of Watch Party activities during the two hours leading up to the broadcast. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase at the stadium concession for those who wish.
All are invited.
Food, Drinks, and Stadium Policy
Concessions will be available for purchase inside Weidner Field during the event, including food, snacks, soft drinks, and bottled water. Guests are kindly asked not to bring outside food or beverages into the stadium. Concession pricing is determined by the venue, and applicable tax and venue fees may be added at the time of purchase.
Parking
Weidner Field is located in downtown Colorado Springs at 111 W. Cimarron St. Parking is available in nearby public lots, garages, and street spaces within walking distance of the stadium. Because Weidner Field uses distributed downtown parking rather than one large onsite lot, guests are encouraged to arrive early and allow a few extra minutes to park and walk to the venue. More than 5,000 open parking spaces are typically available nearby, with an average walk time of about six minutes. The free downtown ZEB shuttle also stops at Weidner Field. Accessible parking is available on the west side of the stadium off Sierra Madre Street for vehicles displaying a valid accessible parking permit.
