FREE CLINICS ALL MORNING!! Join us for a morning of swimming, biking and run training starting at at 830am at the race venue- Anthem Community Center with our Tri for the Cure coaches. Ladies and Guys all welcome.
- T4C Swim Clinic- 830am w Coach Diane (bring your swimsuit or tri kit, goggles, swim cap and towel)
- Transition Clnic- 10am w Diane Sue (bring your race day gear)
- Ride the Course- 1030-1130am (bring your bike, helmet, shoes etc)
- Run the Course- 1130am (bring your running shoes)
Learn fundamental stroke work and triathlon related swimming techniques and tips at our swim clinic.
Learn how to get in and out of transition quickly at our Transition clinic.
Come check out the bike course and ride safely with others and our T4C team.
Do a little run, jog or walk on the beautiful run course thru the park.
