In this class, students will construct plaster masks on faces and then use cardboard to create fanciful and intriguing compositions. Once the plaster and cardboard is sewn together, the masks can be surfaced with paint or metal leaf. This project encourages students to explore their creativity and sharpen their skills at translating diffuse dreams into concrete, wearable reality.
