Taani manuaalterapeut ja tervendaja Peter Munk-Petersen jagab enda teekonda oma elu loojaks ning aitab osalejatel aktiivselt ka iseenda elu luua läbi meditatsiooni.Inglise keeles, vajadusel eestikeelse tõlkega.
We invite you to create the life you want to live. In this workshop we will practice being in the NOW and understand how much power we really have in our lives.
Peter will share his own stories – how he has applied this technique in his life and his marriage – and guide us in meditations to manifest our wanted future. He gladly accepts questions from the audience.
🟢 WHAT YOU GET:
- Learn to notice and hear your subconscious inner voice.
- Differentiate between the voice of the ego vs the heart.
- Understand how much your inner voice has been influenced by others and evaluate whether it serves you today or if you’d like to change it.
The workshop will be conducted in English but if needed, translation into Estonian is available.
NB! Please arrive 15 minutes earlier.
There will be one 20-minute bathroom- and snack break.
