Spotkania weekendowe:
MATA: 2-5 lipca
REFORMER: 7 i 9 lipca
KRZESŁA: 12, 14 i 16 lipca
6, 8, 13 i 15 lipca - przerwa
Istnieje możliwość zapisania się na jeden z modułów: MATA, REFORMER lub KRZESŁA lub na całość.
Język szkolenia: polski i angielski.
Certyfikaty wydawane są w języku polskim i angielskim i są uznawane międzynarodowo.
Szkolenie prowadzi Ilona Włodarczyk:
Ilona jest certyfikowanym nauczycielem dwóch renomowanych szkół Pilatesa, Posiada jedyny w Polsce tytuł "Master Teacher" przyznawany w Stanach przez Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Jest autorką programu szkoleniowego Akademii i kształci instruktorów z zakresu klasycznych ćwiczeń na macie, Reformerze, Cadillacu, krześle i beczkach.

Weekend meetings:
MAT: July 2-5th
REFORMER: July 7th and 9th
CHAIRS: July 12th, 14th and 16th
July 6th, 8th, 13th and 15th - break
You can sign up for one of the modules: MAT, REFORMER or CHAIRS or for complete Comprehensive Course.
Language: Polish and English
Certificated issued in Polish and English are internationally recognized.
Course teacher: Ilona Włodarczyk
Ilona is a certified teacher of two reputable Pilates schools. She holds the only "Master Teacher" title in Poland awarded by one of the oldest Pilates schools in the USA and the "Certified Pilates Teacher" diploma awarded by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) based in the USA. She is the author of the Diamond Pilates Academy's curriculum and teaches instructors classic exercises on Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair as well as the Barrels.
