About this Event
Systems stewardship is a key function and set of capabilities needed to work effectively in complexity. Systems stewards purposefully nurture healthier systems that enable better outcomes by bringing together actors to see themselves as a system, build trusting relationships, share power and learn and act together.
Many different people can play this role from charities and community groups through to funders and commissioners. The key requirement is that a steward has legitimacy across the different groups of people it seeks to bring together.
At this event, Collaborate CIC will launch an updated version of this guide to systems stewardship, drawing on new Human Learning Systems examples to delve into the principles of stewardship, its value, and what it looks like in practice for a person or organisation playing this role. You'll get to hear from a range of different system stewards to learn from their practical experiences.
