Join us for a unique 4-evenings workshop designed for deep personal exploration, growth, and connection — held in a closed group where the same participants journey together. For the moment, this workshop is open for registration only for Past Participants in our workshops.Each evening, about 2-3 participants will have the opportunity to do their own full constellation, while others take part as representatives. This rotation creates a powerful shared experience, building trust and allowing everyone to witness and support each other's transformation.
In addition to individual constellations, we will engage in systemic exercises and short processes each evening, exploring themes such as relationships - romantic, family or social/work related), money and abundance – uncovering hidden blocks, career and purpose – aligning with your inner direction
These embodied practices will help you tune into deeper layers of your inner system and offer insight even before doing your own constellation.
By the end of the four sessions, you’ll have gained not only a clearer understanding of the unseen dynamics influencing your life, but also a stronger connection to your authentic self — and a sense of support through a meaningful group experience.

About the Facilitator:
Adina Nica
I discovered the power of constellations method in 2012 in my own healing process. Since 2015 I have been in continuous learning and training. I’ve trained and worked with Jutta ten Herkel (UK), Jan Jacob Stam and Dees van de Hoef (the Netherlands), as well as other specialists, facilitated one-to-one and group constellations, participated in international conferences and I am part of international intervision groups. Besides, I have trained and apply in my work NLP coaching and Releasing technique.
In addition, I have over 25 years experience in organisational environment, applying psychological models, neuroscience and constellations in developing business strategy. I managed teams of specialists, I mentored young professionals, I learned about people leadership in the real life. My added value comes from my genuine interest in human beings and human behaviour.
My current approach combines the two wide areas of expertise that I have: systemic work and strategy and I took it as my mission to develop the applicability of systemic work in personal and professional life, business and society at the next level.
I am 50 years old, a wife and mom of 3 teenage kids, my greatest source of transformation.
What is Systemic Constellations?
Systemic Constellations are a powerful method for revealing hidden dynamics in personal or family systems. By representing different people or parts of your life in a group setting, you can uncover the unconscious forces at play. These insights often bring clarity, peace, and a greater sense of belonging within your system, allowing love and life to flow freely.
A constellation is a visual representation of what is in the unconscious mind and uses a lot of psychotherapy instruments, as well as the systemic theory.
Each person is part of a system (family, organisational, societal) within which visible and less seen connections appear. The constellation method brings to light hidden dynamics that we unconsciously create due to the connections we all have in these systems and due to our needs to belong, to be safe, to be seen or perhaps accepted.
Working in this way brings us clarity and peace, we get to make sense of things that are happening in our lives and take our appropriate place in our system, where love and life can flow with ease and we can make a step forward.
Constellations typically have an “issue holder” and we work individually with them, in a group setting. The issue holder chooses a theme, a difficulty that he is currently experiencing in his life. He is usually invited by the facilitator to detail and clarify and bring into discussion events from the family/organisational/societal system that might have relevance in the problem (and the level of detail provided is only depending on how comfortable the client feels). After this discussion the issue holder can also choose an "intention" for the session. We will then pick together some people from the group to be representatives for relevant parts of their issue that connect with their story.
We are able to reveal sometimes more hidden parts of our mind and soul, more of our unconscious and see how we have hidden connections and links with our family system.
Working systemically can be exciting and vulnerable, so we, as facilitators, will take care to ensure a space of safety, confidentiality, trust and will support you in taking a step towards better.
