Join me for a nostalgic, feel-good Friday night in Syracuse. Reconnecting with one another and celebrating the beautiful tribe that was started here back in 2011 with O Yoga and has continued over the years.
We’ll start with a music-filled yoga flow at The Emerson from 5:30–6:30 PM, designed to help you land in your body, shake off the week, and just simply feel good! No pressure, no performance—just an emobodied flow surrounded by great people & beautiful energy.
After class, you’ll be treated to a fresh-pressed juice to refuel and rehydrate. Then we’ll head next door to Soul Society for the after-party hang immediately following: food and beverages available for purchase, real conversations, and that wonderful, magical thing… community time and connection.
Think: yoga + music + juice + food + laughter + lingering instead of rushing off.
An OG-style gathering where we move together first, then stay and celebrate the connections.
