📅 Dates:

• Online Qualifiers: 17–30 January 2026

• Offline Final: 31 January 2026 (Saturday), Location The Sportsman Stratford ,78-102 Broadway,Newham,Greater London,E15 1NG

👥 Participants: Open registration → 16 finalists advance to the offline stage

⚔️ Format: Double Elimination

🖥️ Setup: 4 gaming stations on-site

⏱️ Match Duration: 2 × 6 min halves + 8 min for setup = ~20 min per match

📌 Stage 1 — Online Qualifiers

• Played in Kick-Off mode

• Allowed teams:

• All teams available in-game

• National teams

• Duplicate matchups allowed (e.g. Real Madrid vs Real Madrid)

• Use of Legends teams (Classic XI / Icons) is strictly prohibited

In case of a draw:

• Extra time: 1 half of 3 minutes

• Golden Goal rule — first goal wins

• If no goal is scored → rematch with Golden Goal rule — first goal wins

🏟️ Stage 2 — Offline Final in London

• The top 16 players from the qualifiers meet in person

• Double elimination format — each player can lose once and still compete

• Matches: 2 × 6 min halves + 8 min for setup (~20 min total)

In case of a draw:

• Extra time: 2 × 3 minutes

• If still tied → penalty shootout

• Organizational break: 30 minutes after the semifinals

• Final:

• If the player from the Losers’ Bracket wins → the final is reset and replayed

2nd place: Gaming desk

3rd place: Gaming headset

📣 General Terms

• Double Elimination is the official format of SAL CUP from 2026 onward (unless changed 😉)

• The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule or rules if necessary

• All participants must adhere to fair play and tournament rules

• All disputes are resolved by the organizer — decisions are final

📥 Registration & Communication

• Registration is via an online form available on the tournament website or Discord

• Participants must provide:

• Full name / gamer tag

• Gaming platform (PS5 / Xbox / PC)

• Contact (email or Discord)

• All tournament communication will take place via the official SAL CUP Discord server

📸 Media & Broadcasting

• The organizer reserves the right to photograph and record the offline final

• Participants agree to the use of promotional materials featuring their image

• The final may be streamed live on SAL CUP’s social media platforms

🧾 Technical Rules

• In case of technical issues (e.g. disconnection, lag), the organizer will decide whether to replay or continue the match

• Players must be punctual — delays over 5 minutes may result in a forfeit

• Any form of cheating, glitch exploitation, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in disqualification

🛡️ Fair Play & Ethics

• SAL CUP promotes respect, inclusivity, and healthy competition

• Offensive language, toxic behavior, or discrimination will not be tolerated

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant violating ethical standards

💳 Entry Fee

• Entry fee: £25 (GBP)

• Tickets are available exclusively via Eventbrite.co.uk

• Tickets are non-refundable — in accordance with Eventbrite’s terms and the event policy

• If a participant is unable to attend, they must notify the organizer immediately

• Tickets are personal — they cannot be transferred without the organizer’s approval

• Participation implies acceptance of the tournament rules and fair play policy

• If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued

🛑 Liability Disclaimer

• The organizer is not responsible for:

• Travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses

• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the event

• Technical issues caused by the player’s equipment or internet connection (during online stage)

• Participation is at the player’s own risk

🧾 Identity Verification

• The organizer reserves the right to verify participant identity during the offline final (e.g. via ID or Eventbrite ticket)

• If identity cannot be confirmed, the organizer may deny participation without refund

🧑‍⚖️ Dispute Resolution

• Any issues not covered in the rules will be resolved by the organizer based on fair play and common sense

• All decisions made by the organizer are final and binding

🧯 On-Site Safety & Conduct

• Participants must follow all safety rules at the event venue

• The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals who behave aggressively, are intoxicated, or disrupt public order

Minimum age requirement: Participants must be 13 years or older on the day of the event.

Players under 16 are advised to attend the offline final with a parent or guardian.

The organizer reserves the right to request age verification.
