Synchrony Women's Retreat

Something sacred is stirring in the desert.

This retreat is about offering experiences to be authentic and experience what it feels like when your whole being says "yes." When your body, mind, and spirit are moving in the same direction.

I've been exploring what happens when we stop fighting gravity, when we let water hold us, when horses teach us about presence. This weekend brings together everything I've learned about healing - not just from my years as an occupational therapist, but from my own journey back to wholeness.

We'll explore together:

Sacred dance that moves from the inside out. Art that speaks what words can't. Touch that reminds us we're safe in our bodies. Horses who mirror our nervous systems and teach us about trust and presence.

The desert holds space for transformation. The practitioners I've gathered understand that healing happens in community, in nature, in the spaces between effort and ease.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself - exactly as you are. The desert, the horses, and this community will meet you there.
