More about Ashley: Ashley Neumeister is a seasoned music executive and facilitator of transformational experiences, whose career bridges the worlds of entertainment and healing arts. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago’s Music Business program, she began her career in Los Angeles working in music supervision and licensing. She is now the Senior Vice President of Farquhar Productions, where she leads Music Supervision and Editing for major television and film projects, with credits spanning CBS, Lionsgate, A&E, BET, Netflix and more. Her work on BET’s American Soul earned her two Guild of Music Supervisors Award nominations.

Alongside her entertainment career, Ashley is a devoted healing arts practitioner, trained in sound healing, breathwork, reiki, and meditation. She has led transformational sessions for thousands across California at retreats, festivals, and private events since 2012. Ashley is also the founder of Sync Secrets, an educational platform offering her signature music licensing training, where she merges her industry expertise with holistic practices to support business, creative and personal growth.
