Join Sync Seattle and High-Concept Picnic as we celebrate Friendsgiving with Seattle’s premier open-fire chefs, bringing good food, games, and more to Upper Cap Hill.
Join us on Saturday, Nov 16th, 2-6 pm for live open-fire cooking demos, mixer, and networking opportunities, plus learn grilling tips and tricks to wow your guests during the holidays. Tickets include a curated menu of unlimited apps, mains, sides, and the event's signature non-alcoholic beverage. Enjoy amazing food or savor a delicious cocktail in the cozy indoor space, with card games, football, and more.
Cash bar available + raffle opportunity for a ticket to the next High-Concept Picnic Event. Tickets are limited and will not be available at the door.

- Ticket Price: $45 Early-bird, $60 General Admission. Book quickly!
- Dietary Restrictions/Preferences: We will have a variety of dishes to accommodate dietary needs. However, please indicate any serious dietary restrictions when booking your reservation. We will reach out if we are unable to accommodate.

What is the Agenda?
2-3pm Rolling appetizers: This is a great time to take photos of the turkey finishing over the fire or play a few games of dominos or spades while enjoying your cocktails and bites.
3-5pm Family Dinner: Find a friend and a seat! It’s chow time. We’ll have a variety of seasonal, wood-fired veggies and meats.
5pm-6pm Dessert and Raffle: Save room for a show-stopping dessert and a chance to win free tickets to the next high-concept picnic event.
About High-Concept Picnic:
Meet Chef Kim! Her culinary journey is as dynamic as it is inspiring. Kimberly Hodgdon began her career as a stockbroker before diving into the fast-paced tech scene of Silicon Valley for seven years.
Kimberly started her journey hosting legendary neighborhood parties, cooking over the Alki beach fire pits with fresh finds from local farmers’ markets. Those Pacific Northwest-style clambakes became the stuff of legends and fueled her desire to learn more. This led her to Austin, where she spent a year mastering the art of traditional BBQ, smoking, and open-fire cooking techniques.
After returning to Seattle, Kimberly's culinary passion expanded into a full-blown love for hospitality. She launched High-Concept Picnic, where she blends delicious food, nostalgia, art, music, decor, and a few delightful surprises to create unforgettable, interactive open-fire cooking experiences.
From corporate events to weddings, family reunions, and intimate proposals, we treat every event like the Super Bowl. We can't wait to meet you and whip up some magic together!
