Journal Writing and Artwork as an entry to Self/SoulWe will explore ways to create more connection to soul, and find symbols of the Self that are ready to come to consciousness. I will provide direction, as well as a loving container to hold each person’s inner exploration.
Starting with some gentle grounding in the body, I will offer evocative poetry/readings for introspection. Participants will be encouraged to write from the heart, and when ready – create a symbolic expression of the inner essence of this writing through artwork. Participants will have the opportunity to share the experience afterwards with the group.
What to bring:
Please bring colored pens/pencils and a journal you would like to use, and I will have some materials on hand as well.
