RICS together with Baker Mckenzie are pleased to invite you to a lunch and learn in Sydney: 1 Hour Formal CPD
While many larger construction contracts remain bespoke – the majority of construction work is completed under a number of (often amended) standard contracts. (AS4000, GC21 and now NEC4 ECC)
In this session we will take a look at the major differences between these contracts and compare some key clauses. We will be including a review of the recently updated AS4000 and NEC4 ECC which has seen some increased adoption.
This session will be useful for quantity surveyors, contract administrators, project managers, building consultants, engineers and other construction professionals managing contracts and construction works.
Join us for a sandwich lunch, networking and a CPD session. Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential.
