Our next run is April 19 & 20, 2025. Our January run brought a record 107 rigs to ORC/SWR, which overwhelmed the registration process, as well as a couple of my Trail Leaders!
To help address that situation in the future, I will open Registration at 7 AM instead of 7:30...And, I'm urging clubs and groups to show up early, register, and hit the trails, without needing to attend the Driver's Meeting. At least one member of each group MUST have attended a prior run, and be willing to guide their group of at least 2 vehicles, as I can not guarantee I will have an adequate number of Trail Guides on hand. I ask that the Guide for each group let me know how many rigs are in his/her group, and what GMRS channel they'll be on.
Also, I am going to do my best to limit group size to 15 vehicles. This may mean that I'll need someone at that level of group to step up and act as the Guide...I appreciate your help and understanding!
This is an open run, (OHVs only - no SXS or MC's)...As always, Registration opens at 7:00 AM, with our mandatory Driver's Meeting at 8:30...please be on time, as we do not allow late shows!
If you cannot show up no later than 8:15 to register, please make plans to attend one of our later events. Why? Because I will be out wheelin'...not sitting around waiting for you to show up, like most other places!
1 ½ days of wheelin' for $40 (plus $5 ORC Access Fee or camping fees - CASH ONLY!), and NO CHARGE for passengers. Correct change is appreciated!
NOTE: You MUST attend Driver's Meeting to enter Stillwaters Ranch (SWR)! In other words, NO LATE SHOWS! Entering SWR without signing the waiver and paying appropriate fees is considered trespassing...PLEASE arrive on time!
