Swiss Frocktails is an event by sewists, for the sewing community! It’s the perfect opportunity to create a special outfit—or wear one you’ve already made—and connect with fellow sewists. Enjoy food, drinks, and music while geeking out about sewing with fellow sewists.

You’ll have the chance (completely optional!) to show off your outfit on the runway, take part in a raffle with great prizes, and receive a curated goodie bag. A photographer will also be on hand to capture you and your self-made outfit at its very best.

The event takes place aboard an exceptional venue: the MS Evolutie, a boat moored at the pier in Basel. For questions about accessibility—or anything else—please contact [email protected]

Swiss Frocktails ist ein Event von und für die Näh-Community! Es ist DIE Gelegenheit, ein besonderes Outfit zu kreieren – oder einfach eines zu tragen, das du selber gemacht hast – und andere Nähbegeisterte zu treffen. Freu dich auf Essen, Getränke und Musik und fachsimpel gemeinsam mit anderen Näher*innen übers Nähen.

Du kannst (völlig freiwillig!) dein Outfit auf dem Laufsteg präsentieren, bei einer Tombola tolle Preisen gewinnen und einen liebevoll zusammengestellte Goodie Bag mit nach Hause nehmen. Außerdem ist eine Fotograf*in vor Ort, um dich und dein selbstgemachtes Outfit von deiner besten Seite festzuhalten.
