Swish Works x Vixxen Pilates
Menopause can change how movement feels - from energy and recovery to joints, sleep and confidence. This in-person event has been created to offer supportive movement, education and wellbeing, in a space designed specifically for women in menopause.
Join Swish.Works and Vixxen Pilates for a calm, inclusive experience focused on working with your body, not pushing against it.
What to expect
Guests will rotate through two guided movement sessions:
• 30 minutes Reformer Pilates• 30 minutes Mat Pilates
Both sessions are menopause-aware and designed to feel supportive, accessible and confidence-building, with an emphasis on strength, mobility and recovery rather than intensity.
Following the movement sessions, you’ll enjoy a dedicated Swish Works wellbeing segment including:
• Swish.Wors product tastings and testers
• A Swish.Works product overview, explaining how the formulas support women during menopause
• A live Q&A with the Swish.Works team, covering menopause, ingredients and real-life support
• A Swish.Works online voucher to redeem after the event
There will also be time to ask questions, learn more about menopause-related changes, and connect with other women who are navigating similar experiences.
