🕺Swing on the Move is back! Doe jij mee in 2026?🥂Op zondag 1 maart om 13u30 spreken we af voor de Foyer Hop om elkaar gezellig te leren kennen met een drankje. Vrijblijvend en voor iedereen - gewoon langskomen en zien of het iets voor jou is, that's it!
Vorig jaar dansten we in Mechelen en Gent en traden we op bij Overtrotter (Mechelen), de Gentse Feesten en zelfs Swingdom (Utrecht). Dit jaar zijn we terug en dansen we door heel Vlaanderen! 🚂🚂
Ben jij een nieuwsgierige swingdanser die graag eens op het podium staat? Kom langs op de kick-off! Met een drankje vertellen we over onze ervaringen van vorig jaar en plannen voor 2026 en kun je al je vragen stellen.
Swing on the Move is een project van plan a, voor en door dansers van heel Vlaanderen. Wij staan voor:
- 🤝Verbinding van dans communities - van Gent tot Mechelen, van Leuven tot Kortrijk en van oude rot tot beginner: iedereen is welkom!
- 🤗 Vrijblijvende co-creatie: iedereen is welkom wanneer die wil. Samen creeëren we nieuwe choreo's in Lindy Hop, Charleston, Shag en Blues.
- 🎭Performances met een theatrale twist: dansen met verhaal en karakter.
Altijd al een keer een choreo willen maken, of wat meer show in je dans willen steken? Doe mee!

- Zondag 1 maart - kick-off @ NT Gent (13u30-15u) met daarna Foyer Hop
- Zondag 15 maart - co-creatie sessie @ Gent (14u-18u)
- Zaterdag 11 april - co-creatie sessie @Mechelen/Leuven (TBD)
- Zondag 17 mei - co-creatie sessie @Mechelen/Kortrijk (TBD)

🥂Sunday March 1st at 13:30 we're meeting up for a drink to get to know each other just before the Foyer Hop. Completely commitment free and open to everyone - hop on by and see if this is for you!
Last year we danced in Mechelen and Ghent and performed at Overtrotter Festival (Mechelen), the Gentse Feesten (Ghent), and even Swingdom (Utrecht). This year we're back and we're dancing throughout all of Flanders!🚂🚂
Are a you a curious swingdancer who wants to know what the stage feels like? Come by our kick-off! With a drink in hand we'll tell you about our experiences last year and our plans for 2026. You can also ask any question.

- 🤗 Co-creation when you want: everyone is welcome when they want to/can join. Together we'll create new choreos in Lindy Hop, Charleston, Shag, and Blues.
- 🎭Performances with a theatrical twist: dancing with a story in our hearts.
