Bee a Beltane Blossom! An InterPlay event led by Megan (Me/Again) Sims and Rob (The Buffalo) Hughes.
InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body, in community. Gently facilitated to be incremental and fun. Rob Hughes and “Me/Again” Megan Sims will guide you through forms that engender movement, stillness, story and song. Creativity flows and authenticity reigns. I hope that you are able to join us for this playful event where we will playfully embody the wisdom of renewal.
The only requirement for today's playshop is that you are human, and willing to engage with your humanness. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
COVID POLICIES:
Social distancing and masks are optional at this event. Please don't attend if you have recently been sick or been around someone who was sick.
About the leader
Rob Hughes is a multi-disciplinary artist with a love of word play and movement. With their background as a transformational therapist they help create a sacred space for people to live life with more joy.
"Me/Again" Megan Sims' mission is Wholeness, her specialty, Dance. She has a BFA in Dance and Creative Writing, and a MA in Psychology. She is a certified Nia technique Black Belt instructor, and loves trees too much. For her, InterPlay is a game-changer in much the same way that the birth of her son and Nia have been.
Suggested Cost $15-25 sliding scale: no one turned away for lack of funds. ALL bodies welcomed
