Swing Central is a swing dance social with an introductory class held on the second Friday of each month.7-7.30pm - class ($20 including social)

Come to Swing Central to get your weekend start right with a short introductory swing dance class followed by social dancing with talented local (and sometimes international!) DJs.
Bust out your favourite Lindy Hop, Balboa (and collegiate shag, solo jazz) moves to all the best swinging jazz tunes.
Everyone is welcome, from absolute beginners to the most experienced dancers. Never done a dance class? No problem! We will get you up on the dance floor and having fun in no time.
Swing Central is a safe and inclusive space for everyone. We ask all attendees to observe the Swing Patrol Code of Conduct available on our website and at the event.
