About this Event
We’re welcoming mindful employers from across Swindon and the local area to join us for crucial discussions surrounding mental health and employee wellbeing in the workplace. Helping you to foster an understanding, supportive and productive workplace for you and your employees.
During our Swindon Mindful Employer Network series, which is in partnership with Swindon & Gloucestershire Mind and Swindon Borough Council, we’ll discuss different challenges and issues that employers might be faced with.
Our November event falls on World Kindness Day and is during Anti-bullying week, so our focus is on how you can take care and show support in the workplace and be a kind and positive employer. We will also be discussing Movember and the ways employers can better support men's mental health.
You will also have the chance to ask our speakers questions and share your views on our event series.

- Emily Hutchinson, Occupational Psychologist from The Sound Doctor: Emily will be discussing the effects that the stress cycle can have on an individual’s mental health and how we can break it, including dedicated strategies that men can adopt.
