The SwimElite Training Camp is a high-performance programme designed for competitive swimmers looking to refine technique and improve race performance.Over four intensive days, swimmers work on all four strokes — freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly — in small group sessions with focused coaching and personalised feedback. The programme also includes dryland training to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination, with optional video analysis for deeper technical insight.
Each participant receives a SwimElite kit, plus an official certificate and medal at the end of the camp.
