A swim bike and run to practice all three disciplines. Perfect for anyone doing IronMaori Tamaki on Dec 6th or SHE Tri.Open to everyone.
Wear what you will use during a race and practice the process. Use your nutrition to make sure your stomach can handle it.
Meet in the first carpark at Mission Bay.
The swim session will focus on sighting and being in a race situation. Anyone doing IronMaori, wear your wetsuit. Anyone else wetsuits are optional.
The ride will be along the waterfront and back.
Followed by a short out and back run.
Q&A session over breakfast
Swim start at 7:30am (20 minutes)
Ride starts at 8am (90 minutes)
Run starts at 9:00am (20 minutes)
