Swifts Rest 3 - "We Missed a Spot" - Empire LRP Player Event

The Fellowship of the Broken Willow, once an itinerant hall of Skarsind, has settled in Hahnmark in recent years and built a town known as the Swift’s Rest. Thane Kaisa Denmother has announced that the entire grand hall will have its doors opened in hospitality as has begun to become a yearly custom. Join us for a day of festivity, friendly competitions, epic performances and elegant dance.

This is a Wintermark themed social that all Nations are welcome to attend.
Venue:
We have booked the beautiful Beonna at All Saints close to Boston, a Grade 1 listed church, on Saturday 21st March 2026. This venue includes plenty of parking spots and is highly accessible with no steps or inclines anywhere in their grounds.

Once these have been received we plan to announce the guest list and request all people who have been offered a space to pay a £15 deposit (see event price below) by Friday 28th November 2025.
Event price:
The event will be £65 which includes a catered meal. A £15 deposit will be required with a current estimated deadline date of Friday 28th November 2025.
Accommodation recommendations:
The event price does not cover accommodation. A range of hotels are available in Boston, a short drive to the venue.
Timings:
Players can begin to arrive from 13:00 with time-in planned to start at 14:00. Time-out will be at 22:30.

We currently have a number of activity ideas. You can tell us which you may be interested in through the player interest form. We have confirmed with the venue that combat activities can be permitted.
