Sweetgrass Garden Oyster Roast 2023

We are thrilled to invite our Sweetgrass Garden friends and supporters to the farm for our annual oyster roast! The Smoking Pot will provide the oysters, Low Tide Brewing will provide the craft beer, and The Blissful Whisk will warm us up with delicious soups and chili! Brian Wheat will kick off the music and keeping the roast rocking will be ThunderSunn!

At Sweetgrass Garden our mission is to provide free, fresh, naturally grown, local produce to charitable food distribution agencies on the barrier islands near Charleston, SC. We cultivate a variety of fruits and vegetables, using regenerative methods and good agricultural practices, as we educate the public about growing, composting, beekeeping, and distributing food to people in need.

We can't do this without our volunteers and support from you! Join us at the farm to celebrate 12 years of service to the community and the thousands of pounds of produce grown in a way that enriches our environment.
