About this Event
Join pastry chef, food blogger, and CSCC alumna Chef Autumn LeAnn for an in-depth, hands-on baking class focused on rich, soft sweet roll dough and creative fillings.
In this extended session, you’ll make your own enriched dough from start to finish, then prepare three different fillings to create a variety of sweet rolls. Chef Autumn will guide you through mixing, proofing, shaping, filling, baking, and glazing, while sharing professional tips to help you achieve consistent, bakery-quality results at home.
Each participant will bake and glaze their own rolls and leave with a boxed assortment to take home and share—or keep for yourself.
