Natasha, The Loving Chef will showcase a delightful Raw Chocolate and Blueberry Torte with a Festive Twist. This decadent dessert combines rich, velvety chocolate with the vibrant flavours of fresh blueberries, perfectly complemented by a hint of seasonal cheer. It's a luscious treat that promises to add a touch of magic to your festive celebrations while also sharing a variety of refined sugar healthier substitutes.

Natasha will then go on to demonstrate to everyone how to create Salted Maple Walnut Vegan Fudge, a rich and creamy delight made with pure maple syrup, punctuated with crunchy walnut pieces and a smattering of sea salt crystals, it's like salty, sweet perfection! It's a deliciously guilt-free treat that satisfies every sweet tooth, that everyone can then turn their hand to and make to take home to freeze or share with loved ones.

Then for the final stages of the workshop you will be shown how to make amazing Energy Peanut Butter Protein Balls, these bite-sized delights are packed with wholesome ingredients, including creamy peanut butter, oats, and plant-based protein. Perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat, they offer a delicious and nutritious way to keep you fuelled throughout the day. After the demonstration everyone can then create their own to take home to share with loved ones, or to freeze ready for their festive season!
