SEMINAR Self-defense KS Programme based on psychology & Close Distance combat

I am pleased to announce a special event which will be taking place in the near future. KS is a former police officer and close protection operative with over forty years operational experience in the UK and Europe. He has created an innovative self-defence programme based on psychology, sports science and personal experience of violence. Over the last ten years he has taught his programme to police officers, private and government bodyguards, gendarmes, security personnel and prison officers in Scandinavia, the Baltic States, Central and Western Europe and the Balkans. Although relatively unknown in civilian circles, KS programme is equally applicable to the needs of civilian self-defence as well as to professional operators. This will be KS’s first civilian course in the UK and is recommended to anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of self-defence.

Marcin Snopczyński - From the age of eight, he has been training in martial arts. In 1983, at the age of eleven, he became a member of the National Team in Kyokushin Karate. Over the years, he has also trained in Judo, boxing, and kickboxing. His private interests and acquired skills deepened through professional work. Since 2006, he has served as an instructor in tactics and self-defense within the structures of the Ministry of Finance's Crime Fighting Division, participating in various force operations, both domestically and internationally. He has taken part in joint training sessions and international seminars with officers and soldiers from special units around the world. In 2007, he completed postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Physical Education and Tourism in Supraśl, obtaining the title of Recreation Instructor with a specialization in self-defense. Currently, he runs the CQB Self Defense Academy martial arts school, where he passes on his skills and knowledge to the next generation of students. Drawing on his experiences, he has created a street fighting system called Close Distance Combat System (CDC) and a defense and knife fighting system called Ultima Dis. In both systems, he also utilizes his skills as a combat shooting instructor, a title he earned during his service.
