This is 60 minutes where you get to step out of the heat and into something softer. Where the pink lush luxury of Sweet Mimosa meets the deep nervous system recalibration of live sound immersion. Where summer doesn't mean pushing through — it means coming home to yourself.
This is an open invitation. Whether you are a Sweet Mimosa regular, a member of Lindsi's community, or someone who has never set foot in a sound bath and has no idea what to expect — you belong in this room. All that is required is a body that is ready to put something down.
What a Sound Bath Actually Is (Because nobody should have to pretend they already know)
You lie down fully clothed. You close your eyes. And for 40 minutes, crystal singing bowls are played around you — instruments that produce frequencies your nervous system responds to physically, whether your mind believes in it or not.
Sound frequency has been shown to lower cortisol — your primary stress hormone. It slows your heart rate. It shifts your brain out of the state it spends most of the day in — alert, reactive, managing everything — and into the state your body uses to actually heal and restore itself.
You do not try to relax. You do not have to clear your mind or hold anything or perform calm.
You just receive.

Your breath is the one automatic function you can consciously control — making it a direct line to your vagus nerve. In just a few minutes of intentional breathing your body begins shifting from fight-or-flight into genuine rest. This is the switch your body has been waiting for someone to flip.
✦ Somatic Body Scan
We bring awareness to what you are actually carrying before we ask you to put it down. Most people are surprised by what they find — not because something is wrong, but because they have been managing so much for so long they stopped noticing what their body was doing to keep up.
✦ 40 Minutes of Live Crystal Bowl Sound Immersion
Now the sound begins. And because your body has been prepared — because it has been given permission to soften — it can actually receive what the sound is offering. This is the difference between a sound bath that feels nice and one that changes something.

What to wear: Something comfortable you can breathe in. Dress in layers — your body temperature drops as you settle into stillness. Socks are highly recommended.
